tram station breakfast buffet pancake option
The hotel location is close to the Gulhane tram station. I walked to many historical sites. The breakfast buffet included omelets and pancakes (the pancakes were particularly good!).
The hotel gym is quite small.

The location was really convenient, close to major attractions. The staff was cute and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious and well kept, with all necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet offered various choices, it catered to many tastes.
I did find the noise from the street a little disruptive at times.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I greatly appreciated it. the room was lovely with a large bed. it was a wonderful bonus to have afternoon tea from 2-4 every day. the free spa use was amazing too!!!
the pool requires a swimming cap, but i needed to buy it.

the location was acceptable as were the staff.
the capsule coffee maker in my room did not work. despite my request for an alternate, nothing was done. this level of service is not what i expect.
